Our Team
Local Team
The Local Team consists of dedicated community members who live and work in Chob-e Maska. They are directly involved in identifying the needs of the village and coordinating development, educational, cultural, and social initiatives. Because they are part of the daily life of the community, they understand the challenges and priorities of the people.
The Local Team works closely with residents, elders, youth, and volunteers to plan and supervise projects in a transparent and responsible manner. They monitor the progress of development activities, ensure that resources are used properly, and encourage community participation in all initiatives. Their goal is to create sustainable improvements in infrastructure, education, and social well-being while preserving the values and traditions of the village.
Diaspora Team
The Diaspora Team consists of community members and supporters living outside Chob-e Maska, in other provinces or abroad. Although they are not physically present in the village, they remain deeply connected to their community and committed to its progress.
The Diaspora Team supports development and educational projects by sharing professional expertise, providing technical guidance, raising awareness, and encouraging financial and moral support for community initiatives. They help build partnerships, strengthen communication between local and international supporters, and promote transparency in all activities. Through collaboration with the Local Team, they aim to contribute to long-term, sustainable development and improved educational opportunities for future generations.
